A sneak peek of The New York Times Magazine redesign by ace design director Arem Duplessis

Looks like a pretty heavy change to me although Hugo Lindgren (editor) is quoted in an interview: "It's not like we're inventing something that has never been done before."
He calls it a "full magazine experience."
Another quote: "We'll always be a magazine of serious journalism," Lindgren said, adding that "we reserve the right to get unserious as well."

I'm sooo curious, NYTmag is ace, looks like a hell of a job to equal it but love to see it this Sunday :)
