Design director Dean Sebring tells me: This cover deals with cultivating innovative ideas. The oyster shell lines repeated over and over, modified slightly each time, represent the process of cultivation. The arrows symbolize how many "misses" combine to form an overall nest for the pearl. Grey background is metallic and coated with matte varnish while the pearl is spot glosss varnish."
