Editor in chief Nof Nathansohn explains to me:

"A stormy debate is currently being held in Israel on the issue of refugees from Sudan and Eritrea who are in Israel. It was recently decided to deport them to other countries in Africa, where their safety is not guaranteed. In this issue of the newspaper, we decided to take a stand and dedicate the entire issue to the African refugees in Tel Aviv. The headline on the cover of the magazine was written in the Tigris language. The issue also includes a letter of position against the expulsion of the refugees, signed by thousands of Tel Avivians."
