Congrats to art-director Maksim Zoloyedov.
He just told me his cover design of Top 100 magazine just won Best Cover Award in the Ukraine:

"Our latest issue is dedicated to 100 of the most effective senior managers that faced the post-revolutionary and wartime economical mess in Ukraine and managed to successfully lead their companies out of the crisis. The cover of the issue features 100 identical yellow male figures wearing business suits. These figures resemble golden Oscar statuettes that each of these 100 managers deserved in their own right. At the same time, all of them are disturbingly thrown into a messy jumble that invokes a feeling of confusion that reigned in the country over the past few years."
