Mark Leeds writes me: "The FT Commissioned Giles Revell to create a series of images - based on exclusive data provided by Prozone - that represented the Champions League Final between Barcelona and Manchester United. Commissioned by Mark Leeds and working in collaboration with CGI artist Matt Painter with Data Manipulation by Richard Crafts, a series of stunning 3D images were created, each illustrating the 'tug of war between the two sides' in terms of particular aspects of the game... possession, passes, touches and goals etc. The form of these sculptures being driven purely by the progression of the game itself.
