Mission Statement.
Ningbo Guide provides both foreigners and locals a way to interact with one of the fastest developing cities in China. Though that statement does describe what we do, it is lacking. Our aim is to try to keep up with how China is changing. What does that mean for foreign business owners in China, locals that are engaging in an unprecedented standard of living, and students that are flocking to newly setup top universities? What does that mean for a burgeoning arts scene, for culture and life outside of a factory or an office? How can tourists use our magazine to find everything Ningbo and the surrounding areas have to offer? In one sense, Ningbo Guide is here to simply track all of these changes and in another, we're here to give our city context and make that context available and . Where did it start, what is it now, and where is it going? People use cities and we're here to guide them through Ningbo in a clear, informative, and enriching way."
