founder Vincenzo Elifani tells me: “the magazine is about emerging and more established photographers. We pair each feature with an interview; our thesis is that photography has been somewhat diluted with the advent of social media (i.e. people don't stop anymore to look at a work in sequence, or to think about the meaning of it). Having words to complement the photos, on a printed support rather than on a screen, forces you to slow down, to read, and possibly better appreciate the photos afterwards.
Issue 1 was a pilot issue, it was a generalist issue with no theme and with 15 photographers interviewed.
We are currently working on issue 2 now, which will have a theme. “
